The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Call Center Services Moscow, Russia The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract in the third quarter of year 2021. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The scope of work requires the successful Contractor to provide personnel, equipment and all necessary resources for provision of Call Center Services for the Base Year and 4 Option Years. The Contractor may operate from anywhere unless prohibited by U.S. laws. The solicitation excludes the use of Russian nationals.
