The government requires the contractor to be prepared to handle up to 12,600 production hours per week by Temporary Call Agents to augment FEMA’s three Recovery Service Centers located in Texas, Maryland, and Virginia, in direct support of calls related to COVID-19, Hurricanes Hanna & Isaias, and other storms during the peak of hurricane season.
