The NCC SAH sources sought is modified to include the questions and answers pdf document and extend the response date from Tuesday 9 July 2024 to Wednesday 10 July 2024 at 5 PM EST. The NCC SAH provides child welfare community-based referrals, post release service (PRS) referrals, and referrals to the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) via Requests for Assistance (RFA) for crisis intervention. The Office of Refugee Resettlement’s (ORR) NCC SAH provides additional critical functions such as: • Coordination with child welfare entities, • Referrals and coordination with PRS providers, • Referrals and coordination with OTIP, • Coordination with Aspire, • Coordination with the National Center for Exploited Children (NCMEC), • Reporting and coordination with local law enforcement entities, and • Reporting and coordination with state and local Child Protective Services (CPS) entities.
