THIS RFI IS BEING ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR SUBPART 15.2. The Medical Affairs, Clinical Support Division of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a requirement to provide support to transitioning service members and/or Veterans who are currently receiving psychological health care (i.e., mental health care or behavioral health care) and/or moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) care and wish to receive care at their new destination or with a new provider in their same location or wish to initiate psychological health care for the first time. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is being issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Either a notice of intent to sole source or solicitation synopsis will be posted via SAM.gov.
