THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION to determine the availability and capability of small businesses (including certified 8(a), Small Disadvantaged, and HUBZone firms; veteran and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and women-owned small businesses) for a “Draft” Performance Work Statement (PWS) in support of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food Nutrition Service (FNS) support services for a non-governmental organization to operate and promote the USDA National Hunger Hotline, USDA National Hunger Clearinghouse texting service, and USDA National Hunger Clearinghouse database. Companies are encouraged to respond if they have the capability and capacity to provide the identified services. Interested small business potential Offerors are encouraged to respond to the notice.
