(ii) Solicitation #: 34300023Q0033 The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to obtain a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) management software solution for managing, tracking, and other functionalities included in the requirement below.
