The U. S. International Trade Commission (Commission) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Purchase Order to Leadership Connect, New York, New York, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Leadership Connect for renewal of the Commission’s subscription to Leadership Connect. Leadership Connect provides the Commission comprehensive people intelligence at granular levels. Commission staff relies upon Leadership Connect to provide sub-level contact information for other Federal agencies, association leaders, and company government liaisons. The anticipated period of performance is one year beginning January 1, 2022. It is anticipated the Purchase Order will provide for up to four option years. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. Interested organizations may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by submitting a Capability Statement within five days after the date of publication of this notice. Capability Statements received will be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice may be sent to the Contracting Officer, debra.bridge@usitc.gov The determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
