IDIQ - Reverse Trade Missions, Conferences, Workshops, Trainings, and Other Events

USTDA seeks a pool of qualified contractors under an IDIQ to plan, organize, and implement partnership-building activities such as reverse trade missions, conferences, forums, workshops, trainings, and other events. Activities may occur anywhere in the United States or overseas and may be in person, virtual, or hybrid, with multiple events potentially running concurrently across different regions, sectors, and locations. Contractors must have the capacity and resources to manage overlapping activities without compromising quality, responsiveness, or performance. Required services include event planning and project management, venue and vendor coordination, domestic and international travel logistics, support for high-level foreign delegations and U.S. Government participants, participant recruitment/outreach/registration, agendas/itineraries/materials, interpretation/translation, audiovisual/virtual support, transportation/lodging/on-site logistics, and post-event monitoring, evaluation, data analysis, reporting, and closeout.
