This announcement constitutes the only RFP; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued IAW FAR Part 15. This ID is used within SAM.gov and other government award and financial systems to identify a unique entity. The transition to the Unique Entity ID (SAM) is a federal governmentwide initiative.
