The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) has a requirement for a Middle-Income Countries Definitional Mission for Healthcare Sector Opportunities in the Indo-Pacific Region. The requirement is detailed in the attached solicitation. USTDA is soliciting offers for the purpose of entering into a single award Firm-Fixed- Price contract with a cost-reimbursable contract line-item number (CLIN) for other direct costs (ODCs). This solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside conducted in accordance with the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 15 under NAICS 541690. All Offerors must be registered and have an active status in the beta.SAM database (beta.SAM.gov) in order to be eligible for contract award. Offerors are reminded that failure to properly enroll in the beta.SAM database and provide accurate Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS)/Tax Identification Number (TIN) information shall make an offeror ineligible for award as described in FAR 52.204-7. Offerors may obtain information on beta.SAM registration via (beta.SAM.gov). Do NOT delay submission of your offer pending receipt of a CAGE code. Any contract awarded to a Contractor who at the time of award was suspended, debarred, and ineligible for receipt of contract with Government Agencies or is in receipt of a notice of proposed debarment from any Government Agency, is voidable at the option of the Government.
