The United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is seeking the services of a qualified U.S. firm to operate the USTDA’s Information Resource Center (IRC) in support of the Office of Administration at its headquarters in Arlington, VA. Under the resulting contract, USTDA will require various administrative support services as outlined in the enclosed solicitation. The period of performance for the resultant contract will be one 12-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods, if exercised. USTDA anticipates award of a single award firm-fixed-priced contract. Additionally, this requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 561110 with a size standard of $7.5 million. Contractor personnel assigned to perform work under this contract will require unescorted entry into restricted areas, access to Government IT Systems and/or sensitive/For Official Use Only (FOUO) information. To obtain unescorted entry access to USTDA’s Office Area and Government IT systems, Contractor personnel must possess a SECRET or INTERIM SECRET Security Clearance prior to being assigned to work on this effort, and shall obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance for the duration of contract performance. The successful prime contractor must possess a current facility clearance through the Defense Security Services (DSS). USTDA will not serve as a facility clearance sponsor for this contract.
