The US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the interest and capabilities to support a Technical Assistance Program requirement. Specifically, the contractor shall provide support to DFC by creating a budget and work scope for an international aquaculture development project in Africa. There is no solicitation at this time, and this request does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market research is voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The resulting market research will contribute to a determination of sources capable of solicitation.
