DFC’s wishes for the Contractor to identify, recommend, and mobilize subject-matter experts and consultants to help develop and/or evaluate and finalize work scopes and budgets for TA activities in support of potential DFC TA grantees. The consultants are also responsible for advising DFC concerning any changes to the proposed work scopes and budgets. The proposed consultants must have expertise in the design and development of technical assistance work scopes and budgets for private sector entities operating in a wide variety of sectors in Low-Income and Lower Middle-Income Countries (Where We Work). DFC can also operate in Upper Middle-Income Countries in support of projects that have a high development impact.
