The order is under a DFC multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement established against GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts. It was issued as a logical follow-on to an original order that was competitively awarded using Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures, in the interest of economy and efficiency.
