Pursuant t... **THIS IS A NOTICE OF A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO TAURIAN CONSULTING, LLC, A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN ** This is a notice issued as required by FAR 6.303-1. Pursuant to FAR 6.302(b)(6), sole source awards under the Veterans Benefit Act of 2003 and FAR 19.1406, sole source award to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns, the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) has awarded a sole source contract to Taurian Consulting, LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, located at 612 Third Street, Ste 3A, Annapolis, Maryland 21403, for Internal Control Technical Support services. The period of performance is one 12-month period, with an optional 12-month option period to commence on May 8, 2023. Taurian Consulting, LLC will provide technical support services in reviewing and updating DFC’s internal control process narratives. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The Small Business Administration’s size standard is $16.5 million. The intent of this notice is not to solicit responses from interested parties but to provide notification per FAR 6.303-1.
