Working with businesses, we mobilize private capital to invest in projects that create jobs and opportunities in emerging markets, including building critical infrastructure, expanding access to telecommunications, and providing small business financing for women entrepreneurs. To find out more, visit www.dfc.gov. DFC requires international and domestic staffing and recruiting services to support our diverse staffing needs across different regions. Our objective is to establish a reliable and cost-effective multiple award IDIQ with small business reserves for our staffing and recruiting needs, for services across the agency. The purpose of small business reserves is to award one or more multiple-award contracts to any of the small business concerns identified at 19.000(a)(3), under a full and open competition. DFC anticipates making one or more awards in each Service Category. Offerors may submit for as many or as few categories as they determine that they are qualified for. The International and Domestic Staffing and Recruiting IDIQ vision is to support the mission of the United States International Development Finance Corporation by enabling the agency to bring on full-time or part-time contractors for a wide variety of services.
