The five task areas where due diligence assessments will be accomplished are as follows: Task 1: Financial/Tax Task 2: Environmental and Social (E&S) Task 3: Technical/Engineering Task 4: Technology Systems/Platform Task 5: Commercial/Market Landscape The Government intends to offer multiple award IDIQ contracts to the responsible vendors whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the Request for Quote (RFQ). The term of the IDIQ ordering period will be five (5) years from date of award.The multiple award IDIQ contracts will allow for task orders to be issued on either a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and/or Labor Hours (LH) basis. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as well as FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quotes will be evaluated using the factors identified in the RFQ. Noncompliance to the instructions outlined in the RFQ may be grounds to eliminate vendors from further award consideration. The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) hereby notifies all interested parties its intent to issue a solicitation for a multiple award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that allows DFC to procure Direct Equity Consultant Services. DFC requires multiple vendors who can perform work in one or several task areas identified below, to complete due diligence assessments specific to emerging markets in Latin America, Africa, Asia, Central/Eastern Europe, and other DFC eligible countries. ? The multiple award IDIQ contracts will allow for task orders to be issued on either a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and/or Labor Hours (LH) basis. The minimum guaranteed award amount for the IDIQ contract is $1,000.00 per contract for the full term of the Master Contract. The maximum dollar ceiling for all multiple award IDIQs combined is $7,500,000.00. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as well as FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
