The scope of International and Domestic Staffing and Recruiting IDIQ spans many areas of expertise and requires the contractor to provide comprehensive international and domestic staffing and recruiting services for a multitude of professional service-based requirements that include all components required to formulate a total solution for all service requirements at DFC.
