The contractor shall provide all planning, promotional, and logistical support for events in the U.S. and overseas, half of which will include medium-sized panel and roundtable events and the other half including medium-sized receptions. DFC will be responsible for the development of the program and selection of speakers. Each event will be a range of two (2) hours to eight (8) hours for 100 – 130 participants and include a program of speakers and refreshments. The Government contemplates a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases made under the BPA.
