UPDATE: The deadline for proposals is extended to June 28, 2023 at 5 PM ET. *** USHMM would like to clarify that it is only required to submit resumes for Project Managers and Captains. In addition, it is not required to identify shift and field supervisors as part of your proposal. Offerors are reminded to send all correspondence and proposals to both the primary point of contact (Bruce Falk bfalk@ushmm.org) and the secondary point of contact (James Wesley jwesley@ushmm.org). Offerors who have previously submitted proposals may submit a revised proposal prior to the new deadline. All revised proposals should state that this revision supersedes all previous submissions. *** Prospective Offerors please note that the primary solicitation document incorporates Exhibits 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 12 and otherwise page placeholders for material that could not be integrated within the PDF. Other material, including the solicitation cover and an editable copy of the pricing schedule, have been uploaded separately. *** Upon award, the awardee ("Contractor") shall provide management, supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to fulfill the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's ("USHMM" or the "Museum") professional security officer requirements ("Services") as further described in the attached solicitation and related documents and otherwise in the awarded Proposal, thereby assisting its Division of Protection Services ("DPS") in creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment while presenting themselves in a manner appropriate for a museum environment and memorial to the victims of the Holocaust. Contractor personnel assigned to the Contract ("Contract employee(s)") shall perform Services at USHMM facilities, including both the Museum building and the adjacent Ross Administrative Building ("Annex") at 100 Raoul Wallenberg Place, SW, Washington, D.C. 20024-2126, and at USHMM's off-site facility, The David and Fela Shapell Conservation, Collections and Research Center ("Site II" or the "Shapell Center") in Bowie, MD.
