USHMM is soliciting a company to staff, operate, maintain and manage the Museum’s effective and comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety Program, which is subject to the oversight of the U.S. Department of Labor, 29 U.S.C. 668 and to provide these services in accordance with this statement of work. These services will be required at the Museum, Ross Administrative Center, off-site offices in Washington, DC, a collections warehouse outside of Washington, DC, and regional offices.
