USHMM offices are currently closed and therefore no hardcopy proposals will be accepted. * The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is seeking an Digital Marketing Platform to support robust email, online form, and webpage requirements for digital stewardship and engagement goals needed to foster the growth and diversification of audiences beyond its core. Services include: Email automation Dynamic web page management Database Segmentation Open and secure API integration Automated and flexible performance analytics & reports Flexible back-end user/admin experience and capabilities On-demand and live technical support For full information for this soliciation please refer to the attached documents. Offerors shall submit a proposal that demonstrates: (a) Capability and experience providing the services noted above and detailed in the evaluation criteria below. (b) Suitability of the proposed digital marketing platform’s functional and technical requirements, including level of maturity and the extent of demands on USHMM staff. (c) Ease of use, productivity, flexibility and reusability, integration and support, and speed/timeliness of implementation (d) Specific knowledge and understanding of the USHMM or similar institutions,(including delivering mobile solutions, specifically, design and installation of mobile interactive technology and/or functionality) in facilities and learning contexts similar to USHMM’s (e) Cost proposal including any proposed cost escalation for subsequent option periods. The term or any resulting contract will be for one (1) base year with the potential for four (4) option periods of 12 months. SAM database compliance An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) when submitting an offer or quotation, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation. Offerors not registered in SAM when submitting an offer will be considered non-responsive and will not be consider further. The deadline for questions is 3/2/2021 by 6:00PM.
