These specifications cover the printing and binding of approx. 28,636 (includes 125 Blue Labels) forms booklets in Spanish packing into approx. 75 cartons and shipping/mailing to approx. 54 destinations. Each forms booklet contains approx. 16 pages requiring a vertical perforation on the fold through all leaves along the entire bind side. In addition, contractor will have to create mailing and shipping labels; address, label and pack cartons; palletize, stage, and mail/ship via Parcel Select, Small Package Carrier, Motor Freight (if req’d), and Air Freight (if req’d).
