After printing: Covers 1 thru 4 and all text pages are flood coated with a clear aqueous or varnish coating. Drill one standard size hole (1/8 – ¼” diameter) centered on the 11” open dimension, with center of hole approx. ¼” from edge. Contractor to replace Cover 4 text and Graphics with new provided copy and create page layout for Cover 4. NOTE: Must be printed via OFFSET printing on a minimum 4-color press with one single pass. Digital printing, direct imaging (toner), and inkjet printing are not acceptable.
