Contractor must be a Project Managing Firm that will provide a Qualified Project Manager to oversee construction, renovation and rehabilitation project; ensuring services performed are in compliance with deliverables and in compliant with all building codes (such as: ASME 17.1 Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators, ASME 17.3 Safety Code for Existing Elevators and Escalators, ASME 17.2 Code for Inspectors Manual, International Building Code (IBC), Local City Building, Fire, Electrical and Elevator Codes, NFPA including NEC international electrical code, and USPS Building Design Standards) at the US Government Publishing Office (GPO) in Washington, DC (see attached RFP). POP: Base- March 1, 2021 through February 28, 2022 with one Year Option ending February 28, 2023.
