Both versions print head-to-head. Score all folds and trim 3 sides. Tuck FOLD extended cover inward 7.5" from the right trim edge. Bind with two saddle wire stitches on the 6" side. Two (2) 6" Vertical Perforations are required. One on the fold and the second between the 2 reply cards - Panel 3. Affix (3) 1.5” non-perforated clear wafer seals must meet postal standards. Two should be positioned on the top edge and one on the trailing edge. Position top tabs 1” from left and right edge. Position single seal on trailing edge center.
