Exhibits must have the following features: This is a fixed-price contract. The bidder submitting a response shall bid the maximum quantity, inclusive of all. costs (including non-reimbursable mail or freight, if applicable), that shall be delivered to the Government per the specification requirements for a total of $324,000.00. Bids shall include the cost of all materials and operations for the total quantity ordered. Bids shall be prepared in conformance with the Schedule of Prices. Potential offerors shall submit via Contractor Connect the fixed price of $324,000.00 plus the quantity (indicate the quantity of copies below) that their company will produce for the fixed price. Additionally, a cost must be submitted for each additional complete exhibit. DETERMINATION OF AWARD: Award shall be made to the responsible bidder submitting a bid, whose bid specifies the most complete exhibits to be delivered to the Government for an all-inclusive, fixed-price total of $324,000.00. Bidders submitting responses to this solicitation shall submit a total quantity - for the fixed price. In the event of a tie quantity, award shall be determined by the lowest, total per-unit price after application of prompt payment discount and Buy American Act factoring (if applicable). In the event there is still a tie, the contract will be awarded in accordance with the GPO Printing Procurement Regulations, Chapter XII. Additionally, the bid shall include separate unit pricing for each additional complete exhibit. If author’s alterations are made during the proofing stage, the total quantity may be decreased in accordance with the contractor’s submitted additional rate to offset the cost of the author’s alterations. R-1: Major changes were made to the exhibit display kits, including print stock and overall exhibit display. Please read complete specifications before placing bid. EACH display unit kit must include all components for the 10’ display, podium including the following (See Exhibit B-C): - High Resolution Wrinkle Resistant tension fabric print - 10' wide Aluminum Easy Installation Frame - Pillowcase-style graphics slip over the frame or equal - LED Illumination option (2 Black LED lights) - Durable and Hard Plastic Case with Wheels (converts to podium/counter) - Podium counter designed to hold lightweight items - Graphics for podium - Hassle-free unpacking, installation, breakdown and storage - Complete set up instructions ? Pop-up Display must have: - Easy to unpack, set up and repack - Be self-locking for fast set-up - Have cross bracing throughout for stability - Aluminum frame, 2” Velcro (hook) strips, and plastic hooks Podium/counter must have: Top counter Made of high-density molded plastic - Self-carry case with wheels - Lockable Final Dimensions When Set Up: - 10’ Exhibit Display: Approximately 116-1/2”W x 89”H x 31”D - Graphic size (exhibit): Approximately 149’W x 88-1/2’H – including common or different images plus end cap image - Carry case/podium: Approximately (31-3/8”W x 38.25”H x 18-5/8”D) - Graphic size (podium): Approximately (76”W x 40-1/2”H) Fabric: - Tension fabric - High resolution print, wrinkle resistant - Prints common or different image two-sided - Dye Sublimation process to be used when printing graphics PRINTING: Face only in full or process color using dye sublimation inks. Copy is line art illustrations, color photos, text, solids, reverses and a QR code. Contractor may use dye-sublimation inks.
