Print face and back with approximately 25% ink coverage each side. Face prints with type and rule matter within a solid border which bleeds all sides and contains one reversed typeline. Back prints an approximately 5 x 1" solid rectangular panel (to be created by contractor) panel is not provided on the print file. CONSTRUCTION: Drill one round hole 3/16" diameter. Center of hole is to be 3/8" from left patch end of tag, centered in the 3-1/8" dimension. Reinforce the hole on both sides with a 5/8" hard fiber patch and RUSTPROOF METAL EYELET and insert a piece of 12" cotton with string double loop. Angle cut (45 degrees) both corners at the patch end. Shrink-wrap in 100s and pack 36 packs of 100 per carton to equal 3,600 tags per carton.
