These specifications cover the production of mailing packages for CIPA and ADRP Notices consisting of English and/or bilingual Spanish/English personalized notices, Business Reply Envelope (BRE), and mail-out envelopes, requiring such operations as the receipt and processing of transmitted data; re-development of Advance Function Printing Data Stream (AFPDS) and AFP (Fully Composed) resources; composition; printing and imaging; binding; construction; folding; inserting; packing; metering; presorting; and distribution. NOTE: The CIPA workload contains 2-D (PDF 417) barcodes that must be capable of scanning into an electronic folder via fax. Due to this requirement, the contractor is required to print all notices at a minimum of 600 x 600 dpi to ensure the proper scanning of the barcode image through fax machines.
