FIXED PRICE-INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT This is a fixed-price contract. The offeror submitting a response shall bid the maximum quantity, inclusive of all costs (including non-reimbursable mail or freight, if applicable), that shall be delivered to the Government per the specification requirements for a total of $105,250.00. Bids shall include the cost of all materials and operations for the total quantity ordered. Potential offerors shall submit the fixed price of $105,250.00 plus the that their company will produce for the fixed price. Additionally, a cost must be submitted per 1,000 pocket folders. This specification is for proofing, printing, binding and delivery of pocket folders. TRIM SIZE: 9-1/2 x 11-3/4" PAGES: 1 PRINTING: Pocket folders, flat sheet size is 20-1/2 x 16-3/4" (includes, pockets and tabs). Flat sheet prints in four color process on face only before construction with heavy ink coverage and bleeds on all edges. Copy is type, rules, solids, reverses, screens, color halftones (ghosted image) and line art illustrations. After printing, coat the face (excluding tab areas) with a clear gloss aqueous coating to prevent scratching and smearing. The coating must be evenly applied with no trapped foreign particles or air bubbles. THIS ORDER MUST BE PRINTED ON A PRESS CAPABLE OF PRINTING FOUR (4) COLORS IN A SINGLE PASS. CONSTRUCTION: Construct folders to form 5" deep inside pockets at the bottom inside left and right leaf with 3/4" construction tabs securely glued to the inside pockets. Angle-cut the 5" pocket at the bottom center. Score folder on all folds and deliver folded to a finished size of 9-1/2 x 11-3/4". Grain must run parallel to the spine. Cracking on folds is not acceptable.
