These specifications cover the proofing, production and delivery of tubular multi-function gaiters. Products are 100% stretch moisture-managing microfiber fabric with seamless construction that is wind resistant; with ability to control odor; UPF rating of 50. Each product prints one side full coverage with images on opaque white background or full reverse opaque white out of color background as stated below; using dye-sublimation. Copy is text, line art illustrations, reverses and solids. Vendor must guarantee that any coloring used to make the products will not run or bleed when exposed to moisture. There are 4 basic images required with different full coverage color backgrounds, (covering entire imprint areas), or imaged in stated colors on opaque white backgrounds, as stated for each order. Image 1) "MTC" (Make the Connection) & "Whole Health"; Image 2) "MTC", "VA Seal" & "VET Center"; Image 3) "MTC", "Whole Health" & "VA Seal"; Image 4) "MTC" & "VET Center".
