The awarded contractor must perform full-color printing of VCL Gun Cleaning Mats, with printing defined as the predominant production function. Mats are to be produced by full-color digital printing or dye sublimation and may include high-resolution color photos, solids, type, reverse type, and line art, with uncommon bleeds on all edges and clean, unfilled reverse type. The product must use a high-quality, soft polyester fabric surface with a non-skid Neoprene backer, total thickness of 1/8” to 3/16”, and rounded corners.
