These specifications cover Braille transcription and embossing of various IRS tax products and internal documents (English and Spanish versions), including contractor printed cover page 1 with Braille spine label, accessible digital formats with and without Braille transcription and/or embossing, binding, packing, and distribution. NOTE: The terminology “print” and “printed” used throughout this contract, unless otherwise described, refers to the pages in the Government furnished digital file. The contractor will be required to print the cover page(s) in black ink as well as duplicate transcribed Braille spine label, see “Cover Page” hereafter.
