A/E Design Services – Building A, 8th Floor Modernization
The U.S. Government Publishing Office requires Architect-Engineer services to design the repurposing of approximately 17,000 square feet on the 8th floor of Building A into a multi-functional workplace. The project involves creating complete design documents to convert the vacant and underutilized space into areas including a self-service lounge, conference facilities, and flexible workspace. The building will remain occupied, so the design must account for phased construction, occupant safety, and protection of existing systems. The performance location is the 8th floor of Building A at the GPO.
