The purpose of this pre?solicitation notice is to inform interested vendors of an upcoming solicitation anticipated for release on or about March 9, 2026. No response is required or requested at this time. The forthcoming solicitation will cover the renovation and construction work for the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) office space located on a portion of the fourth floor of the Government Publishing Office (GPO) complex in Washington DC. The project will involve substantial construction, renovation and modernization efforts in accordance with the government provided Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Design Specifications. Work will include demolition, structural modifications, and the installation of updated mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and fire protection systems to improve functionality and ensure compliance with applicable federal standards. Upon completion, the renovated area will feature modernized structural framing, upgrade building systems, and enhanced architectural finishes, fully addressing existing safety concerns and meeting current operational requirements.
