The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) seeks proposals for Trusted Traveler Program (TTP) printed sleeves and inserts to support its Government Secure & Intelligent Documents (GSID) business unit. The procurement will result in a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Delivery Orders under commercial item regulations. Award will be made using a best-value tradeoff process based on an integrated assessment of evaluation factors described in the RFP. Offerors must carefully review Sections L and M, and the Government reserves the right not to award a contract.
