The Government Publishing Office’s (GPO) Electrical Branch requires a design-build (DB) project to repair/replace existing electrical panels throughout the basement floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor of Building C at the agency’s headquarters at 732 North Capitol Street NW, Washington DC. The successful offeror shall develop an outline of both how the electrical panels will be removed and replaced in accordance with the applicable codes for the National Design and Construction standards. The contract will consist of a Design Phase, Demolition Phase, and Construction Phase to achieve design and performance objectives. See attached RFP and attachments for more details.
