This... This is a non-personnel services contract for conducting annual inspections on all GPO elevators. This inspection shall be performed with the support of the agency’s elevator maintenance company. This work must be carried out in close cooperation between the inspector and the supporting company. Please see the attached documents, which show the list of elevators to be inspected by the annual elevator inspection contract and the inspection forms to be used. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform elevator inspection services and to report on all elevators listed herein at the 732 N. Capitol NW Washington DC 20401 and 735 N Capitol NE Washington DC 20002. Inspections shall be performed in accordance with the guidelines of ASME A17.1, ASME A17.2, IBC, and National and State laws regulating these safety inspections. Inspections shall be performed Monday-Friday between 7 am and 3:30 pm. The elevators to be inspected are passenger or freight. Please see the attachment for the detailed information on each elevator.
