The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install fire doors in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications. The Statement of Work (SOW) will include Drawing No. 6110 for reference. All fire doors shall be fire-rated for a minimum of 90 minutes. Doors shall be constructed of hollow metal, and shall be equipped with self-closers, smoke seals, and intumescent strips, and additional features to meet NFPA 80 Standards. Doors shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and with all applicable codes and standards.
