The contractor will waterproof cracks and voids using advanced materials and techniques, addressing the root cause of water intrusion. Deliverables include pre- and post-repair reports with detailed findings, data analysis, and professional recommendations. Contractors must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and adhere to applicable codes and regulations. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
