The Government intends to award of a firm fixed-priced contract for the purchase of a new eight (8) color sheetfed offset press includes all services and materials necessary to purchase the primary equipment, all auxiliary, remote and/or associated equipment and programming necessary for operations, including all special tools, documentation and drawings and training required for maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting as cited in the solicitation with the terms and conditions set forth herein. The mandatory method of submission of proposals and modifications to the proposal is through electronic mail at the following address: glrobertson@gpo.gov and dsampson@gpo.gov with attachments with Microsoft Office Word (*.doc or *.docx), Microsoft Office Excel (*.xls or *.xlsx), or Acrobat Reader (*.pdf) formats in Microsoft Windows environment. No single e-mail shall exceed 5MB. All attachments must be unzipped. 3?
