Offerors must complete blocks 17a, 26, 30a, 30b, 30c on the SF1449 and Sections B.1 and H.1 & H.4 of this document before submitting. FACTOR #1 - TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES: Offeror must provide a narrative that clearly states they are able to provide all the labor and materials necessary to safely perform the onsite repairs in the designated office areas with mold damage including the safe removal of mold; demolish to the metal studs; and properly disposal of the building materials in GPO’s Building A, 7th Floor, Room A702 as cited in the Statement of Work and referenced diagram (see Attachment A) per this solicitation.
