The intention of this solicitation is to seek an on site Project Managing Firm with responsibilities for providing construction oversight on multi-million-dollar new construction, renovation and rehabilitation projects and will require a daily hands-on approach by the Project Managing Firm. The US Government Publishing Office – Facilities Management has determined that going forward it shall be beneficial for the GPO FM to delegate the task of monitoring the daily activities of major construction projects to a third party.
