The Government Printing Office (GPO) is soliciting bids from qualified suppliers interested in providing supplies and material described in Section C of the attached Request for Bid. This procurement is conducted under a full and open competition, for which the procedures described in the Materials Management Acquisition Regulation (MMAR) Part 14 “Lowest price technically acceptable” will apply. GPO anticipates awarding one Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with MMAR 16.203. Only one contract will be awarded to one Bidder. The contract period will be for one three base year period. The terms and conditions of the contract will be incorporated in any resulting order.
