The Government Publising Office intends to issue one Firm Fixed Price contract for Bench-top Spectrophotometer, hand-held color meter software license, calibration and warranty as described in Section C of the Statement of Work. This procurement is conducted under a full and open competition, for which the procedures described in the Materials Management Acquisition Regulation (MMAR) Part 15 “Lowest price technically acceptable” will apply.
