The Government Printing Off ice (GPO) is soliciting proposals from qualifiedsuppliers interested in providing supplies and material described in Section C ofthe attached Request for Proposal. This is a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, aLowest Price Technically Acceptable, for the procurement of copy paper, off setbook paper and envelopes. This solicitation will result in multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity(IDIQ) contracts. Individual orders may be placed on a firm fixed unit price basis,the cumulative value of which will not exceed the maximum defined in thecontract (B.3.) The contract period will be for one base year period with fourone-year options. The Government reserves the right to reopen competition tonew potential contractors annually. Orders placed against the IDIQ contract willbe in accordance with the MMAR. The terms and conditions of the IDIQ contractwill be incorporated in any resulting order. Only the Government PublishingOff ice Contracting Officers may place orders against this contract.
