The Government Printing Office (GPO) is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers interested in providing supplies and material described in Section C of the attached Request for Proposal. This is a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, for the procurement of copy paper, offset book paper and envelopes. This solicitation will result in multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Individual orders may be placed on a firm fixed unit price basis, the cumulative value of which will not exceed the maximum defined in the contract (B.3.) The contract period will be for one base year period with four one-year options. The Government reserves the right to reopen competition to new potential contractors annually. Orders placed against the IDIQ contract will be in accordance with the MMAR. The terms and conditions of the IDIQ contract will be incorporated in any resulting order. Only the Government Publishing Office Contracting Officers may place orders against this contract.
