These specifications cover the production of 63 versions of English and Spanish separate-covered, perfect-bound publications requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing, variable computerized imaging, binding, packing, and distribution. All requirements of these specifications apply equally to all 63 versions unless otherwise indicated. This number can increase or decrease from year to year. (NOTE: Currently, there are 51 English and 1 Spanish monthly versions and an additional 11 Spanish versions for bulk quantities. When required, these Spanish versions will be ordered on the monthly order issued for that month.) It is anticipated at this time that the number of pages will vary from approximately 140 to 188 (including both the fixed base and variable pages). However, due to last minute Congressional changes, exact page counts will not be known until the order is placed.
