This is a notice to sole source to Wheatstone (MFR) to provide audio console equipment and services for studios 47 and 51, in support of the United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM). Previous installation of Audio-Visual equipment by this vendor has copyrights and warranties. Any new or replacement audio consoles must interface with the existing WheatNet?IP network. WheatNet?IP is a network system that utilizes Internet Protocol to enable audio to be intelligently distributed to devices across scaleable networks. It enables all audio sources to be available to all devices (such as mixing consoles, control surfaces, software controllers, automation devices, etc) and controlled from any and all devices. The Wheatstone Arcus?24IP has been found to meet all requirements for use in VOA television studios including; redundant components, redundant power, IP network access to any source (HD/SDI, AES, MADI, AoIP, analog or TDM), built?in clip player, native IP interface to major production automation systems, and 99 show presets.Warranty would be voided if another vendor performed any work, modifications, wiring or programming to already installed equipment. This is not a request for quote/proposal. The Government intends to make an award by written quotation. The anticipated award date is September 27, 2021. Period of Performance/Duration of Contract: September 27, 2021 through September 26, 2022 Specification and all products or services must adhere to the attached list of requirements (Wheatstone Brand Name) in order to be eligible for award. In accordance with the sole source authority at FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
