The contractor will provide a full accounting of all money spent by grantees, including subgrants, contracts, fellowships, and non-profits. The effort includes desk reviews, cost allowability evaluations, and on-site visits (domestic and international) to ensure expenditures are in compliance with applicable federal statutes, cost principles, and administrative regulations. The final deliverable will be a detailed audit report that includes findings, recommendations, and documentation reviews.
